How it works

List in the morning, replies by lunch

Step 1

Import your list

Drop in your CSV. Columns map themselves, and duplicates or opted-out folks never make it in. How many contacts you can import depends on your plan: 500, 25,000, or 60,000 per rolling 30 days.

Step 2

Press start

Pick templates and a daily pace. Rotation and warmup run the schedule, and once you set a quiet-hours window it holds sends inside it.

Step 3

Talk to warm people

Hot leads float to the top of your inbox. You spend your day on people who already said “maybe” — or “yes.”

The honest comparison

Good questions

What people ask before their first blast

Is cold texting legal?

Texting for marketing is governed by the TCPA and by carrier rules, and both are stricter than email. The short version: you need a lawful basis to text someone, you have to honor opt-outs immediately, and you have to respect quiet hours. SMS Blaster handles the mechanical parts — STOP capture, opt-out enforcement, an opt-out line on every campaign message, and a quiet-hours window you configure. Note that it is one global window in your own local time, not per-recipient or per-state, so calling-time rules stay your responsibility. Whether you have consent to text a given person is your call and your responsibility. This is not legal advice.

Do I need my own Twilio account?

Yes. SMS Blaster sends through your own Twilio or Telnyx account, so the numbers, the sender reputation, and the replies belong to you. You pay the carrier directly for messages and number rental, at their price. RoliOh adds no markup and never sits between you and your carrier.

How many texts can I send per day?

Each number climbs a warm-up ladder: 10 a day, then 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500, reaching full power around day 29. Sends rotate across your number pool coolest-first, so no single number carries the load. Warm-up is on by default for numbers you add by hand, and you can turn it off per number if you know what you are doing.

What happens if a number starts failing?

SMS Blaster watches each number and pauses it automatically once it crosses a 30% failure rate or picks up 5 opt-outs, measured after at least 20 sends so a small sample cannot trip it. You keep sending on the healthy numbers while you sort the bad one out. No tool can promise a number never gets filtered — this limits the damage when it happens.

Where are my contacts stored?

On your own PC. SMS Blaster is a Windows desktop app with a local database, and its interface only listens on your machine. Your contact lists and message history do not sit on a RoliOh server, and message content goes straight from your computer to your carrier.

How do replies and STOP requests work?

Twilio replies arrive with no setup at all — no webhook, no public URL, no tunnel to configure. Every inbound message is scanned for the standard opt-out keywords, and anyone who opts out is recorded with a timestamp and checked three separate times before a campaign can send to them again. Replies land in a two-way inbox where leads are ranked hot, warm, cold, or dormant.
