$29.99/mo for Rolioh Offer Sender 7-day trials Zero markup on carrier spend

Texting always costs money at the carrier. You pay Twilio or Telnyx directly from your own account, at their rate. We never resell it to you.

The plans

Both are live.

Rolioh Offer Sender you can start using in the next ten minutes. SMS Blaster is a Windows app with a free tier and three paid plans — we hand out the installer by request while we help each new user set up their numbers.

SMS Blaster

Text your own contact lists from your own carrier numbers, with the compliance parts actually enforced.

$100/mo

One flat licence. Messages are billed by your carrier, at cost — we never take a cut.

Four plans, from a free tier up to a one-time Lifetime licence. They differ only by how many contacts you may import in a rolling 30 days — sending is unlimited on every one, and messages are always billed by your carrier at their rate, never by us.

  • Sends through your own Twilio or Telnyx account, or an Android phone on your normal carrier plan.
  • STOP captured on every inbound path, and opted-out contacts filtered out again immediately before each send.
  • Opt-outs survive deleting a list and survive re-importing the same file.
  • Six-stage warmup ladder: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 a day, full power on day 29.
  • Number rotation picks the coolest number first; a number auto-pauses at a 30% failure rate or 5 opt-outs.
  • Two-way inbox, lead statuses, engagement scoring, delivery and cost analytics.
  • Runs on your Windows PC. Contacts sit in a local database on that machine.

Both trials run 7 days. The two products bill separately - there is no bundle price.

The honest part

What you also pay

Texting is not free and no software can make it free. Every segment you send and every phone number you rent is billed by the carrier, at the carrier's published rate, on the carrier's invoice. You open the Twilio or Telnyx account yourself and you own it.

We never sit in the middle of that. RoliOh takes zero markup on carrier spend, which also means we can never mark it up later without you seeing it on a bill that is not ours.

Rolioh Offer Sender is the cheap side of the house on purpose: it sends through your existing Gmail or Outlook mailbox, so there is no per-email cost to anyone. The 40-a-day default cap exists to protect your sending domain, not to sell you a bigger plan.

Compliance is your call, not ours

The tools enforce opt-outs and append the required footers, but you are the sender of record. You decide who you are allowed to contact. This is not legal advice.

A typical month

Rolioh Offer Sender subscription$29.99 + tax
Emails sent from your own inbox$0.00
SMS Blaster subscription$100.00 + tax
SMS segments (Twilio / Telnyx)carrier rate

RoliOh markup on carrier spend$0.00

Carrier lines are billed to you by the carrier, not by us. Rates and taxes depend on your account and country.

Straight answers

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Rolioh Offer Sender gives you 7 days free, and the trial starts from the checkout. SMS Blaster has a permanently free tier covering up to 500 contact imports every 30 days, so you can use it without paying anything.

Do I pay carrier costs separately?

For SMS Blaster, yes. You connect your own Twilio or Telnyx account, and the carrier bills you directly for message segments and number rental at their published rates. RoliOh adds zero markup and never touches that money.

Rolioh Offer Sender has no per-email cost at all, because it sends from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

Can I cancel?

Rolioh Offer Sender is a month-to-month subscription at $29.99 plus tax. There is no annual contract to buy out and no setup fee. If you have a billing question, email support@rolioh.com or use the contact page.

What happens when I hit the import cap?

The SMS Blaster plan caps count contacts imported in a rolling 30-day window, not messages sent, and sending itself is unlimited. Free is 500, Pro is 25,000, Agency is 60,000 and Lifetime is unlimited. When you reach the cap, new imports wait until older imports roll out of the window or you move up a tier.

Do I need a Twilio account to use SMS Blaster?

You need a Twilio or a Telnyx account. The app sends through your account, not a shared RoliOh pool. On Twilio, inbound replies need zero setup: a REST poller checks every 45 seconds, so there is no ngrok, no public URL and no server to run.

Rolioh Offer Sender needs no carrier at all, only your Gmail or Outlook login.

Can I use SMS Blaster today, and what will it cost?

Yes — it runs today on Windows 10 and 11. There is a permanently free tier for up to 500 contact imports every 30 days. Pro is $100 a month (or $1,000 a year — two months free) for 25,000, Agency is $179 a month (or $1,790 a year) for 60,000, and Lifetime is $2,499 once with unlimited contacts. We are still handing out the installer by request rather than as a public download — ask for access and we will send it over.

What counts against my limit?

Contacts you import. Sending, replies, and re-sending to a contact you already imported are all unlimited — the cap is on how many new contacts enter your database, not on how much you talk to them.

Is the limit monthly?

It is a rolling 30 days from your own start date, not a calendar month. Imports drop out of the window as they age past 30 days.

What do messages actually cost?

Whatever your carrier charges. In the US that is typically well under a cent per segment through Twilio or Telnyx, plus number rental. If you send through an Android phone on your own mobile plan, there is nothing beyond what you already pay your carrier. RoliOh never takes a cut of that.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

A licence activates one device at a time. You can release the device from Settings and activate another whenever you need to move machines.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

The app switches to read-only. Your data stays on your machine and nothing is deleted — you keep access to everything you have, you just cannot send until the licence is active again.
