Typical reply time

We aim to answer within one business day. Weekends and US holidays push that to two. If it has been longer than that, send a nudge — it means the message got buried, not ignored.

What to include for a faster answer

The more of this you put in the first message, the fewer round trips it takes.

  • Which product: SMS Blaster or LOI Blaster.
  • Your operating system and version. SMS Blaster is a Windows desktop app, so the Windows build number matters.
  • The exact error text, copied not paraphrased.
  • What you already tried, so we skip it.
  • For sending problems: your carrier (Twilio or Telnyx) for SMS, or your mailbox provider (Gmail or Outlook) for LOI.
